Where applicable law does not permit the full exclusion of certain damages, our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you actually paid to Unbuilt Lab in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) USD $50.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unbuilt Lab, The Code Smith, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the service; (b) your reliance on, or any business decision made on the basis of, any content delivered through the service; (c) any third-party intellectual-property, regulatory, employment, contractual, or other claim arising from a product, service, or business you build using ideas, names, designs, code samples, or recommendations surfaced by Unbuilt Lab; or (d) your breach of these terms or the Disclaimer.
A material portion of the content delivered by Unbuilt Lab is produced by large language models and other machine-learning systems, including (without limitation) OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity models. These systems are probabilistic and may produce content that is inaccurate, biased, outdated, fabricated, or otherwise unreliable. We do not human-review every output, and we make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any purpose. You must treat all AI-generated content as a draft to be verified, not as a fact.
Our deliverables reference and cite third-party platforms, communities, marketplaces, search-trend tools, and other public data sources. This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except that the substantive consumer-protection laws of your home jurisdiction shall apply where mandatorily applicable.
