By downloading, installing, or using Unbuilt Lab ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by the respective platform.

5. Permitted Use

Unbuilt Lab is intended for personal research and idea validation purposes only.

6. Prohibited Use

Reselling or redistributing Unbuilt Lab reports
Automated scraping of Unbuilt Lab's interface
Using Unbuilt Lab to harass competitors
Creating derivative products from our reports

7. Intellectual Property

Unbuilt Lab's brand, UI, algorithms, and scoring systems are our intellectual property. Generated ideas are not exclusively yours and may be shown to other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbuilt Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice to active users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
