Unbuilt Lab subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. All payments are processed entirely by the respective platform. Available plans: Indie ($14.99/mo), Founder ($29.99/mo), Studio ($49.99/mo), with annual options at ~17% off.
The $7.49 On-Demand pack (3 Idea Reports + 1 Blueprint with Idea Validation Report) and the $3.99 7-Day Trial are consumable one-time purchases. The Trial is strictly one-time per account (lifetime). On-Demand can be purchased multiple times.
All refund requests must be submitted directly to the platform through which you purchased:
Unbuilt Lab does not process payments or refunds directly.
Refund eligibility is determined entirely by Google or Apple based on their respective refund policies. Note that consumed credits (used Idea Reports, generated Blueprint Packs, generated Idea Validation Reports) are typically non-refundable as the deliverable has been produced and incurred AI/processing costs.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain full access until the end of your current paid period. Unused monthly bundle credits expire at period end (use-it-or-lose-it). Tier downgrades take effect at next renewal, not immediately.
If your On-Demand purchase produces a low-confidence Idea Validation Report (e.g., the input was too thin to score meaningfully), we automatically add a free retry credit to your account so you can resubmit with more detail. No cash refund is required in that case.
The Idea Generator tool (unbuiltlab.com/tools/idea-generator) is always free. The catalog browsing experience itself is free; full Idea Report unlocks require a subscription, On-Demand purchase, or Trial.
We reserve the right to modify subscription features, pricing, or availability with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Active subscribers are grandfathered at their original price for at least 12 months at any future price increase.
